In the classroom, the line poster can be used for students to identify the different types of lines they see in the picture. The teacher can call out a type of line and the students can point to it or the teacher can count how many different line types she sees on the poster and students can count to see if they can find them all.
In the texture poster, students can plainly see the difference between actual texture and implied and can use this poster to help them identify the implied and actual textures around the classroom.
In the space poster, the student can identify how space is used. They can describe the way the fish are overlapped, how they decrease in size, and how they are aligned on the poster as a way that artists create space in their work. Teachers can also use this poster as an example for students to use when asked to create their own artwork using the characteristics of space.
